Acceptance, quote and agreement
A fixed price with nothing conditional in it, alongside a plain-English publishing agreement and a document setting out exactly how we can help and what the publication of your work might, and might not, achieve.
Design and typesetting
A cover design concept comes first, followed by interior typesetting. You see proofs, you mark them up, we correct them. A physical proof copy is printed and posted before anything goes on sale.
Publication
ISBNs assigned, files uploaded to Amazon and IngramSpark, metadata and pricing configured, listings checked in the most lucrative territories.
Legal Deposit
Once published, a physical copy of your book will be sent to each of the six British Legal Deposit Libraries for them to catalogue and preserve in their world-renown collections. The libraries are: the British Library, the National Library of Scotland, the National Library of Wales, the Bodleian Library at Oxford University, Cambridge University Library, and Trinity College Dublin Library. After publication
We keep your listings on Amazon KDP and IngramSpark accurate, make price and file changes as part of our yearly management fee, and send you a statement and payment of royalities every quarter for as long as you stay with us. Remember – you receive 100% of your sales profits, we don’t take a cut.
